The Challenges
Ticknovate Mobile POS has to sell and scan tickets for a variety of tourism and transport companies.
Use cases needed to be considered for a variety of staff and a variety of companies.
The content had to be fed from the Ticknovate SASS admin portal which allows for:
Service management and complex routes
Variable product pricing
Upsell between products
Promotions and combos

Hop on Hop off
POS device stays with the bus and has to be mobile to be kept near the driver or held by the attendant to sell tickets and scan previously bought tickets at each stop.

POS device needs would be used to scan tickets for onboarding and to view booking details while onboard.

POS needs to serve in selling to a cue of customers. Scan purchased tickets. Handle deposit refunds
